About Me
For more than twenty years I’ve been building things that bring people together. Festivals on beaches, hotels on islands, retreats in the mountains, and brands shaped by culture and connection.
I’ve seen things fly, stall, break, and reinvent themselves. I’ve lived through expansion and misalignment, momentum and drag. That experience taught me how to read a team, a system, a story, and the spaces in between.
Today, I work with founders at moments of transition, helping them restore coherence so the system can evolve with them.
